Please note that perishables or consumables cannot be given a refund due to change of mind. 

If your product is faulty, please contact us at boopbakery@hotmail.com to arrange a refund or store credit.

We aim to have the treats sent out within 5-7 working days however please allow for longer during the holiday season.

You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We recommend storing our treats in a sealed bag or container and in dark cool place out of direct sunlight. 

Our biscuits have a best before of approximately 3 months and our meat products 12 months.
